(-23) During landing, passenger privacy data omitted lost her balance when basket tipped and fell on pilot. Medical determination indicated a sprained ankle. Next day, medical office called to say they found a small hairline fracture in ankle. Landing was hard and passengers verified that hard landing briefing was given.

(-23) DURING LANDING, PASSENGER ^PRIVACY DATA OM^ LOST HER BALANCE WHEN BASKET TIPPED AND FELL ON PILOT. MEDICAL DETERMINATION INDICATED A SPRAINED ANKLE. NEXT DAY, MEDICAL OFFICE CALLED TO SAY THEY FOUND A SMALL HAIRLINE FRACTURE IN ANKLE. LANDING WAS HARD AND PASSENGERS VERIFIED THAT HARD LANDING BRIEFING WAS GIVEN.
