From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Pilot landed her PA-18, on tundra tires, on a dirt area between the paved runway and the paved taxiway. Taxiing from the dirt area onto the paved taxiway required her to taxi over a lip created by the pavement. In her attempt to cross the lip she increased her taxi speed. As a result, once on the taxiway she had attained a higher than normal taxi speed. The excess speed prevented her from turning the aircraft to avoid a small snow bank. The propeller struck the snow bank and sustained minor damage.
