(-23) After touch down in Memphis, aircraft blew the recap off of the #3 tire. The recap tore a large hole in the inboard flap & bent attach point. Aircraft was ferried to tulsa for repairs.

(-23) AFTER TOUCH DOWN IN MEMPHIS, AIRCRAFT BLEW THE RECAP OFF OF THE #3 TIRE. THE RECAP TORE A LARGE HOLE IN THE INBOARD FLAP & BENT ATTACH POINT. AIRCRAFT WAS FERRIED TO TULSA FOR REPAIRS.
