From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After several touch and go landings, the pilot was planning to make a full stop on runway 35. During the roll out the pilot started applying the brakes and the right brake pedal went to the floor. The aircraft veered off to the left of the runway entering the grass before coming to a full stop 85 feet from the centerline. The pilot informed the control tower that he had lost his brakes and that he would need to be towed from the grass. The pilot and his two passengers on board were not injured and the aircraft was not damaged.
