From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) privacy data omitted the pilot was doing off airport landings at remote locations. The pilot indicated he had taken off from a remote strip and flew around for about an hour when he landed at the next air strip. During the landing roll out the aircraft went down on the right wheel halves and pulled the aircraft to the right. Upon slowing down the pilot said the aircraft slowly flipped onto its back. The pilot indicated that after inspecting the right tundra tire on the aircraft he found a stick that had punctured the tire. The stick punctured the tire during the last take off and after flying around for an hour the tire was flat.
