From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) As related during a telephone conversation with the PIC, on June 18, 2007 at approximately 1950 EDT, he landed due to winds increasing towards landing limits. PIC briefed the six (6) passengers for a high wind/rough landing and touched down in the North Coventry elementary school (chester county, PA) athletic fields. Wind started dragging balloon and one male passenger's hand became entangled in the envelope flywires. As PIC attempted to assist him the envelope and balloon tipped over and several other passengers landed on a female passenger. Balloon envelope was deflated and the burners and propane were secured. The chase crew arrived and the PIC instructed them to call 911. Police and medical personnel arrived and all six passengers were treated and transported to pottstown and lehigh valley hospitals. There was no damage to the balloon. Follow up telephone conversations with privacy data omitted, owner of us balloon team confirmed that the balloon was undamaged. He also confirmed that any injuries to the passengers appeared to be minor.
