From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Prior to taxi the crew had checked the NOTAMS and listened to the ATIS broadcast concerning weather and construction on the airport. While taxiing for takeoff, the crew failed to locate the centerline of the taxiway and followed a groove in the pavement where the old centerline had been. This error placed the aircraft 65 feet to the west of taxiway's centerline, and the aircraft struck a construction building damaging the no. 4 engine cowling. The aircraft cowling was replaced and the aircraft was returned to service.

As the FAA filed it
