From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) The pilot privacy data omitted was ship no. 3 of a four ship formation flight. He was cleared for and had completed his landing on 27R at Gillespie airport. He maintained visual contact with ships one and two during his landing rollout. He remained on the right side of the runway and was waiting for teammate ship four to clear him to cross over, that is out of the lane, via a radio call. After he slowed to about 10 mph he was struck in the left horizontal stab and rudder by the propeller of ship no. 4. He never saw the approaching aircraft coming from behind. He taxied his aircraft clear of the runway under control.
