(-23) During a repositioning flight, after a flight maneuver, an animal (pet dog) in aircraft became frightened distracting the pilot. While attending to dog the helicopter became upset, and upon recovery crashed into a clearing (pasture). STC-SH2772SW (no bar kit) was installed on aircraft.
