From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During takeoff roll the right main gear tire lost air pressure, apparently from being damaged during taxi. The airplane veered right and the pilot tried to maintain directional control with nose gear steering and braking, but was unable. At approximately 100 knots airspeed the pilot aborted the takeoff and activated the emergency braking that locked up the main gear wheels and both wheels stopped turning entirely. The left tire, being fully inflated, blew apart when the tire ground thru on the runway. The right tire did not blow apart because it was not inflated. Pieces of the left tire struck and dented the lower wing skin aft of the left wheel well. The right tire and wheel skidded on the runway and was ground away on their lower portions. See attached photos. The airplane skidded right, but stopped before going off the runway.

As the FAA filed it
