What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) The glider was said to have landed and was rolling out on the centerline of runway 13 at Hollister Municipal Airport (cvh). The winds were being reported at 120-130 degrees at 20 to 25 with gusts to about 30 knots. The pilot was attempting to exit the runway at taxiway delta, a highspeed left hand taxiway exit, when she states the runway was slicker (wet) than expected and the winds were coming more from the west which caused the glider to skid way off the centerline (taxi line) and strike the exit sign and taxi light.
