What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) Pilot stated that he had electrical system failure. When he put gear down, he didn't have three green lights. Pilot attempted to communicate with tapahannock but noone answered. He then circled and attempted to use emergency gear extension. There was still no indication if gear was down and he didn't know whether or not he still had a malfunction. The pilot then proceeded to shut the fuel off and made a gear up landing.
