From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) N400GG began taxi on non-movement area, galaxy ramp. Aircraft was cleared to runway 30 and as aircraft was making a right 90 degree turn, a gust of wind came from the left side. Aircraft appeared to turn hard left and strike N1935B on the wing after brakes failed. On March 6, 2008, co-pilot updated chart information in aircraft system. He pulled brake circuit breaker to keep brake hydraulic motor from continuously cycling. Circuit breaker was not restored to normal condition after chart update completed. On March 8, 1008 as aircraft began to taxi, there was a strong gusty wind from left side of aircraft. Normal brakes failed to operate when applied and emergency brakes were not used. Aircraft ferried to cessna/citation service center to evaluate internal damage to wing.
