From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) On April 7th, N560CF, a Cessna citation 560 departed Oakland Pontiac airport (kptk), which was piloted by privacy data omitted and privacy data omitted. After takeoff, the crew noticed that both fuel low pressure lights illuminated. At this time, they also started experiencing other intermittent electrical failures, such as loss of electronic flight displays, air data computers, communication and navigation systems. With other failure indications such as ac fail 1&2, a request was made to ATC for a no-gyro vector back to ptk. At this time both comms were lost. The crew then selected battery switch to the emergency position at which time communications were reestablished. The crew then used alternate procedures for selecting gear down, braking, and use of thrust reversers. The aircraft landed at ptk without further incident.
