(-23) Aircraft departed vft from lebanon municipal airport (M54) in Tennessee for direct flight to eufaula, Alabama (euf) filing IFR in flight on 04/07/2008. While in cruise flight over Phenix City, Alabama the aircraft departed altitude, entered controlled flight into terrain leaving aircraft destroyed. Pilot and passenger suffered fatal injuries upon impact.
