From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) A pilot and her passenger, during a routine cross country flight and her passenger left kissimmee, traveled to stuart, and then into Okeechobee where she refueled for her return trip. At cruise she encountered an engine stall. After several unsuccessful attempts to restart, an emergency was declared. The aircraft was too FAR from the airport for a glide, and needed an alternate landing location. The area was congested with livestock and powerlines, so she maneuvered in a manner allowing touchdown on a local road. However, give her angle the plane ended up in a ditch, nosing over inverted and sustaining substantial damage to the aircraft. The aircraft was then moved from the roadway and stored at the nearby fire station where we could conduct our initial investigation and await transportion back to kissimmee.
