From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After take off from runway 01 the pilot climbed and then leveled off at approx. 200 feet, the pilot began a steep right turn shortly after level off. Just prior to reaching the 180 degree directional point in the turn, the aircraft suddenly banked to almost 90 degree wing angle to the ground. The engine increased in RPM and the aircraft appeared to stall. The aircraft fell, rapidly, straight down, impacting the ground right wing first then, almost simultaneously, the nose of the aircraft. The engine ran at high RPM during the descent and impact, and continued to run for approx 15 seconds after the impact. There was a large fuel leak but no fire. The pilot appeared to be deceased by the time first responders arrive, approx 45 seconds after the impact.
