From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

He applied left rudder and the a/c did not respond, he then applied left brake and this did not correct the problem. At this point he decided to abort the takeoff, as he reduced power and applied braking the a/c began striking taller willows, the right wing then struck a tree and spun the a/c 90 degrees. The a/c continued to slide sideways until it struck a tree with its left wing and came to a stop. privacy data omitted
