From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) During a hight speed taxi to evaluate when the aircraft would rotate with full elevator authority the airraft nose lifted off the ground at about 50 mph and went airborne unintentionally. The pilot immediately retarted the throttle and pushed the nose over to get back onto the ground. The nose dipped down causing it to make contact with the surface, sending the aircraft bouncing down the runway approximately 2 times then the nose gear broken off on the second impact and was followed by a prop strike sliding between runway lights to a stop off the runway. There was no intention of flight during the whole incident. The flight portion was accidental.
