Although the weather was 100 ft with 1/4 mile visibility he commenced the approach and at decision height had the runway envirement in sight. Upon landing, a portion of the runway was obscured due to fog and the aircraft veried left at about the 5000 feet remaining mark. The left prop clipped a runway light resulting in damage to the propeller.

THE LEFT PROP CLIPPED A RUNWAY LIGHT RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER.
