(-23) Accident pilot, privacy data omitted stated: on takeoff roll airplane flew through dust devil and on tail rotation and turned 90 degrees to right ? Loaded the LH gear, it collapsed, causing prop to strike ground and engine to stop, and RH wing to contact ground, causing a bent spar in that wing. This factor meets the accident criteria. Accident pilot is sending pictures of aircraft. New data will be added to file with pictures and amended -23.
