From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot landed aircraft on runway 5, the pilot applied the brakes to take the short field turn to the taxi way. The pilot stated that when he applied the brakes only the right brake grabbed, which turned the aircraft to the right and the aircraft proceeded through the inner field down towards the taxi way. The aircraft contacted a backhoe tractor that was traveling west on the apron next to the taxi way. The propeller contacted the boom, the right external fuel tank impacted the bucket, the right wing outer leading edge impacted the boom. The aircraft continued forward and came to rest upright in a grass area approximately 25 feet from the point of impact.
