What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
(-23) At approximately 1000 local time on may 8, 2009, at st. vincent international airport (tvsv), aircraft N38L a Beechcraft TC-45J (Beech 18) operated by monarch air group, incurred an accident. Gusty winds from the east southeast direction produced a left quartering tailwind condition on the aircraft. On takeoff roll of runway 25 the aircraft swerved abruptly to the left, due to pilot over compensation of an attitude to the right, and a ground loop ensued. The aircraft spunt onto a grass strip and collided with the airport perimeter chain link fence. Damage was visibly sustained to elevator, right horizontal and vertical stabilizers, aft navigation light, empennage, tail wheel, right flap, right wing, right aileron, and right navigation light. The lone occupant did not sustain any visible injuries.
