From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) PIC was conducting a flight after a condition inspection and installation of a new prop. During the landing, the PIC lost control of the aircraft, tipped up on the right main, and rolled forward on the right wing tip. The prop struck the ground several times, then the aircraft exited the runway at about a 70 degree angle, impacted the turf and flipped over. The pilot exited the aircraft under his own power and received only a small scratch on his face and forehead. Fire and EMS were called by the kbvi air traffic control tower personnel. The right landing gear bent inboard, right inner wheel fairing broken, right lower wing tip damaged, right lower wing spar broken 2.5 feet inboard of wing tip, right upper wing damaged and spar broken just outboard of cabane strut, left lower wing tip damaged, left lower wing spar damaged 3 feet inboard of wing tip, left upper wing spar damaged at cabane strut. Top 3 inches of vertical stabilizer crushed.
