From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) Failure of the left brake on landing roll out on runway 22 at bluegrass airport (klex) affected the ground control of the aircraft by the pilots. The aircraft veered to the right of the runway hitting a runway light and left the runway surface. The pilots were able to taxi the aircraft back onto the runway and continue taxing to the ramp area. The brake reservoir found to be empty and air in the left brake system, no evidence of fluid leakage. After servicing the left brake system and filling the reservoir the brake system operation was normal.
