From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

(-23) After flying in the local area, the pilot attempted a touch and go the pilot said he was at a slower than usual airspeed on final approach which resulted in a hard landing and then the aircraft started to porpoise. The pilot then initiated a go around without reconfiguring the aircraft (full flaps and trimmed for landing) this resulted in a very high angle of attach which resulted in the aircraft stalling and rolling off to the left into a ravinne, the left wing struck a pile of debris which cut off approximately five feet of the left wing and the aircraft then spun 180 degrees and struck the right wing with terrain then the tail cone struck the terrain and was crushed to the cabin there were no injuries as a result of this accident.
