From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During the investigation the pilot stated; I was on a schedule lesson with a student flying touch and go's on runway 27R at Ohio State University Airport. On the 7th landing, with ten degrees of flaps, we touched down smoothly. I remember looking outside as the wheels touched down and heard a scraping/ grinding sound. My reaction was that the nose gear had retracted and the noise was coming from the underside of the cowling. I took control of the aircraft, added power, and noticed the climb performance was not good despite full throttle. I called the tower and requested an immediate return to the airport and landed on runway 14. The aircraft landed without incident with the gear down and locked. An examination of the aircraft revealed damage on the propeller hub and blade tips. No other damage of the aircraft cowling, gear doors, or lower fuselage skin, was noted.
