From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was flying from fargo, ND to perham, MN and attempted to lower the landing gear, the gear did not go down. The pilot then attempted to cycle the gear three more times. There was no indication the gear was down. The pilot then performed a manual gear extension. Still no indication the gear was down and locked. The pilot then diverted to Detroit Lakes, MN. Contact was made with a pilot on the ground for confirmation gear was down, performed the flyover and received confirmation. The landing was performed and shortly after touchdown the gear colapsed.
