The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
Cape air flight 317 departed bos at 1935 to mvy. Aircraft landed at mvy at 2022 on runway 6 after exicuting the VOR 6 approach. The tower was closed at the time. Weather at the time was IMC wind 04017G28 2 1/2SM -ra br OVC008. Captian stated that he normally turns off on taxi way "c" but due to the gusty conditions he elected to take his time and turned off on runway 15 and then made a left turn onto taxi way "a". About the time he was making the turn onto the taxi way he heard a noise that sounded like something had struck the aircraft as it was being blown across the ramp. He stated that it sounded like a metal clipboard such as the one carried onboard the aircraft when they some times rattle. He state that he had all the landing lights on at the time due to the poor visibility. He stopped the aircraft and checked that his passengers were ok. Checked the engine instruments and all was normal. Everything appearing normal, he continued taxing to the ramp and noted nothing out the ordinary. The captain stated that he thought he was on the runway and taxiway centerline. After deplaning his passengers he inspected the aircraft and noted minor damage to the right hand propeller. Airport operations escorted him to the intersection of runway 15 and taxi way "a" and he observed one runway light at the end of runway 15 and one taxiway light at the intersection of runway 15 and taxiway "a" had been struck. The right propeller sustained several abrassions consistent with striking a runway/taxiway light.
