From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot departed cook municipal airport (cqm) at 2:46 pm for a flight (VFR) to Sky Harbor Airport (dyt) Duluth Minnesota. Before arriving at the Sky Harbor Airport, the pilot flew over the field to check the windsock to confirm wind condition, which was at an east south east direction. He then entered the left down wind for runway 14 all went well in the pattern and touchdown was beyond the numbers. During roll out at approximately 200 to 300 ft the airplane made a sudden turn to the left. He then applied right rudder and brake and left aileron, the left wing continued to lift until the right wing struck the runway. The aircraft came to a stop at about a 45 degree angle to the runway after it skidded approximately 8 feet onto the grass beside the runway.
