From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

This was a part 91 flight from sikeston MO to Dothan, AL. Approaching the airport on final the pilot selected 10 dergees of flaps and slowed. He then selected an addittional 10 degrees of flaps and moved the gear handle down. Final flaps were selected on short final. The pilot was wearing a headset and did not hear the gear warning horn prior to touchdown. The passengers stated they heard a momentary faint horn blow just prior to touchdown. Just prior to touchdown the pilot realized that the gear was not down and started to add power to go around but the aircraft touched down and the pilot retarded the power. The aircraft slid to an uneventfull stop. The pilot later realized that he had moved the gear handle from the raised position to the neutral position.
