From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On June 23, 2010 at approximately 1300 MST. The pilot of a CE-170B, N432PB radioed to the Avi Suquilla Airport (P20) Parker, AZ. Requesting an airport advisory. The pilot reported he was 13 miles out across the river. The airport operations attendant advised N432PB that the winds were, 250-200, at 8-10 knots. The pilot asked which runway was being used. The operations attendant replied "at your discretion".the pilot of the aircraft elected to land runway 01. The pilot lost control of the aircraft and veered right of runway 01. After leaving the runway, the aircraft cart wheeled, right wing first, then left wing, coming to rest in an up right position 35 feet to the right of runway 01. The aircraft immediately caught fire and burned. The aircraft was distroyed by the fire, with the left wing and tail section's remaining. The pilot stated the aircraft was operating normal at the time of landing, and it was obvious, the crosswind exceeded his and the aircraft's ability.
