From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On June 25, 2010 the pilot and a passenger (also a pilot but not actively flying) were conducting personal flight operations at St. Charles municipal airport (3SQ) during daylight VFR conditions. privacy data omitted Advised that she had conducted approximately 10 touch and go landings. Upon executing the last touch and go, she stated she placed the flaps fully up, removed the carburetor heat, and applied full power to the aircraft after accelerating to vy. privacy data omitted Stated the aircraft did not climb as effectively as before, and she believed she would not be able to clear the power lines on the road beyond the departure end of the runway. Instead, she attempted to fly under the power lines and struck a power line pole with the left wing causing the aircraft to impact the ground.
