From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot was landing at Nampa airport, the gear position indicators indicated the landing gear was down (3 green). During the flare the left wing dropped, he added power to level the wings and continued settling to the ground, the left wing was still low and then the prop struck the pavement. The pilot added full power and aborted the landing. Through communications with personnel on the ground the pilot was assured the landing gear was down and the landing gear position lights were all green. He performed a normal landing and secured the aircraft. After shut down he was able to see the tips of the prop blades were bent aft.
