From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Airport, Easton, MD. During strong gusty wind conditions. Esn tower reported the wind was 310 degrees at 15 gusting to 30 during the landing. A tree line that runs parallel to the runway on the south west side is believed to have contributed to a sudden turbulent gust which drove the left wing down just prior to touch down. Then in an attempt to correct the pilot rolled the aircraft to the right. In doing so the pilot scraped both wing tips. The pilot aborted the landing and conducted a go around then landed with out further incident.
