From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On February 3, 2011, at approximately 0805 MDT, N5820C, a Cessna CE-402C, s/n 402C0047, registered to south aero, inc. departed abq on a VFR flight to lvs. Following gear retraction, the pilot reported to abq ATCT that the hydraulic pressure light was still illuminated. The aircraft was cleared to return to abq for an emergency landing. The pilot reported that after executing the procedures on the emergency checklists, the gear unsafe light remained "on". On a fly-by, the tower reported that all gear legs appeared to be "down". The aircraft made a normal approach and landing on runway 3. During landing rollout, at low speed the right main gear leg folded toward its "up" position. The right wing was dragged on the runway as the aircraft rolled to a stop causing damage to the right aileron among other things. The pilot was not injured.
