From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While taxing onto RUNWAY19 from taxiway G7, the pilot struck the G7/19 location/taxi-runway sign with the left main gear causing it to collapse. The pilot apppeared to be using the left boundary marking of the G7 taxiway, and not the taxiway centerline. This placed the airplane to the FAR left of the G7 taxiway. The G7/19 location/taxiway sign was torn from its mount. The aircraft sustained damage to the left main gear assembly and left wing. The damage was classified as not substainial. No injuries were reported.
