From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At 7:57 am (local), citabria N5191X departed runway 24R and initiated a climb-out. Upon reaching approximately 900 feet (AGL), the engine lost power. The pilot attempted a return to the airport and decided upon a landing point which was described as the "motor pool ramp". The aircraft did not have sufficient altitude to clear some trees and one wing of the aircraft impacted a tree causing a loss of control and a descent into trees as well as a chain link fence. The accident scene was attended to by local airport security as well as local law enforcement.
