From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was practicing take-offs and landings prior to getting a flight review. During an approach, pilot initiated a do around to to an animal on the runway. On the succeding landing, pilot was concentrating so much on making sure the runway was clear of animals that he forgot to lower the landing gear. Item 31H should be 0, but program will not save unless there a number higher then 0.
