From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot was landing on runway 13 at Ardmore airport (adm). He stated that he had a green light and the gear was down and locked. Upon touchdown of the main landing gear, he heard the gear horn "chirp" and then when he lowered the nose the aircaft struck the prop due to the nose gear collapsing. The pilot raised the nose as best he could and shut the engine down and lowered the nose agian to skid to a stop. The aircraft had minimal damage and there were no injuries.
