From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated on landing at Alicia Airport, he realized that he was not slowing enough, so he attempted a go around. The go-around attempt was executed too late for engine to regain power. The pilot aborted the go-around and was now too fast to stop. He applied both brakes and reverse propeller, causing the tail to come around to the right. As a result, the aircraft ran off the left side of the runway into an air tractor 802, which was holding for take off. The engine and prop came into contact with the air tractor's left wing. Left wing on the landing aircraft came into contact with the air tractor's propeller. Both aircraft were severely damaged.
