From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

I approached straight-in runway 33 with 65 knots indicated speed. Other airplane was on downwind. Iwas crabbing (not side slipping), then tried to co rrect yaw on short final. Just before round out, I didpower idle. Then I rounded out over number 33. Then I pulled back on tlje yoke to flare 2-3 times. Theleh tire touched down first, then the right, and then the front. Aher touchdown the airplane was goingleh from centerline. 1 think I was a little sideloaded. So I asked to SIC "why is it going left?" He tookcontrols while the airplane was halfway between the centerline and runway edge and yelled "goaround!" Then the airplane exited the runway to the left and was at a fast speed over the grass. Thenthe leh wing of our airplane hit the tail of the seminole which was parked on the ramp. Our airplanewas spun 180 degrees, then stopped as it scratched the front windshield of the Cessna 182 which wasalso parked on the ramp. Just before impacting t he seminole, SIC pulled mixture to idle cutoff. I did nothave the controls after it was taken by the SIC.

As the FAA filed it
