From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After take off the pilot noticed low oil pressure annunciator and observed low oil pressure on the indicator and rising oil temperature. The pilot reduced power and angle of attack and oil pressure rose and temperature dropped slightly. Pilot elected to immediately return to departure airport. Subsequent maintenance actions replaced the oil pressure relief springs p/n's 673083 and 539613. And oil pressure transducer. P/n 12635-002. The engine oil was changed as a matter of a routine oil change and the filter was examined for foreign particles. All inspections had negative results. The engine was run up and no defects were noted. Aircraft has been returned to service
