From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During a part 91 operation during a flight from williston ND to grand forks ND, the pilot noticed the oil temperature "going into the red" and a significant drop in manifold pressure on the right engine. The pilot shut down the engine and diverted to Minot ND where he declared an emergency and landed without further incident. The engine appears to have lost oil through a cylinder (#3 - 10 hrs. Tt) that had been replaced on due to low compression. Dom agreed to submit an SDR if necessary for any issues noted on the teardown inspection.
