From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Right main gear failed to indicate down and locked upon "gear down" selection. Crew was unable to obtain a safe down and locked indication (green light) using the emergency procedure, hand pump felt hard, as if gear was already locked down. Unable to cycle gear again, because electric pump had timed-out, and tripped the circuit breaker. Landed uneventfully, right main gear collapsed as the aircraft taxied off the runway. A post-accident investigation revealed a cracked and failed main gear actuator bearing support bracket, which prevented the actuator from locking the gear in the down position.

As the FAA filed it
