From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While executing a go around, the pilot advised the tower that he had no indication his gear was down. During the go around while downwind the pilot hand pumped his gear down and landed. It became apparent after the aircraft taxied to parking, that on his first attempt to land, the aircraft had struck the runway, causing damage to the aircraft. A search of the runway revealed an antenna, belly strobe light lens and relief tube laying on the runway. An inspection of the aircraft revealed that it is missing an antenna, strobe lens and relief tube from the belly. Also found all four propeller blades had contacted the runway during the go around. Both flaps were also found damaged due to scraping the runway during the go around.
