From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While in cruise flight at 10,500 MSL, the PIC noticed a flicker of the left hydraulic flow annunciator followed shortly thereafter by illumination of the right hydraulic flow annunciator. Concerned about hydraulic system operation, the PIC reduced speed and attempted without success to extend the landing gear. The PIC elected to return to the airport of departure. A highly experienced pilot rated passenger was onboard. After two hours of attempts at normal and emergency extension, including telephone consultation with mechanics, the PIC made a gear up landing at kixd with only minor damage.
