The pilot attempted a downwind takeoff of a south direction with winds reported 060 degrees, 12 knots gusting to 16. After rotation the aircraft veered to the left and then to the right, descending striking a fence and impacting a tree.

THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A DOWNWIND TAKEOFF OF A SOUTH DIRECTION WITH WINDS REPORTED 060 DEGREES, 12 KNOTS GUSTING TO 16. AFTER ROTATION THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT AND THEN TO THE RIGHT, DESCENDING STRIKING A FENCE AND IMPACTING A TREE.
