From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Upon extension of landing gear, nose gear (NLG) did not indicate down and locked. Troubleshooting proved unsuccessful. Tower reported 3 down visually. Aircraft landed kevb rw 11 with two green and engine running. NLG collapsed on rollout. Minor damage to aircraft incurred, including prop blades and underside of cowling. NLG locked down when sufficient tail-down force applied; aircraft was towed on its own gear to hangar.

Postflight inspection revealed depleted hydraulic fluid reservoir, and large quantity of hydraulic fluid under both seats. Leakage in several hudraulic tubes confirmed when system pressurized.

As the FAA filed it
