From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft was found protruding from the east facing righthand hanger door, tilting to the left with severe damage to the propeller, engine and nose of the aircraft. During a interview the aircraft pilot in command stated he was performing a high speed taxi with no intetion of flight, on runway 35, when it became airborne. The pilot in command (PIC) lost his footing from the right hand rudder stirrup, distracting the PIC who, unknowingly, inputed movements into the aircraft controls, causing the aircraft to veer left or to the west. The aircraft then collided with the hanger doors.
